At the death of my wife, the above interest in above
mentioned estate shall also revert to my sister the
said Hattie T. Hubbard and Ida J. Hubbard, or to the
surviving one, but should the said Maud T. Hubbard
out live both of my said sisters, then my share in
said estate is to go to her without reserve.

To my sisters, Hattie and Ida Hubbard, I give all
of my interest in the house in Waterville, Oneida
Co State of New York, the furniture in my room
the book case and all the Clock owned by my
Grandfather, and left to me by my Mothers Will
~ Fourth ~
Should there be no other way of paying a Mort-
gage on the house and lot in Gainesville, now
owned by my wife, the said Maud T. Hubbard
said Mortgage being for the sum of three hundred
& fifty Dollars ($35000) and now held by Wm B. Goodwin
then I wish the Mortgage to be paid from what
is yet to come to me from the estate of my mother
at my father, John W. Hubbards death. But if it is
possible I wish the said Mortgage to be paid from
the estate of some other of my property either in
Florida or Iowa or elsewhere, if I have any
I appoint as Executors of my last Will
and Testament Maud T. Hubbard, Hattie T. Hubbard
and Ida J. Hubbard

The above instrument consisting of one sheet was at
the date thereof, signed, sealed, published and declared
by the said Fred H. Hubbard as, for his Last Will and
Testament in the presence of us, who at his request
and in his presence and in the presence of each other
