To Mary D. Tarbox of Freeport, Ill
Whereas, Horace D. Tarbox late of said County departed
this life intestate, being at the time of his death, he left
certain Real Estate in Hall County, an inhabitant
of Hall County, by reason whereof the granting of
Administration of his estate doth devolve upon the
County Court of Hall County
You are therefore appointed Administratrix with the
Will annexed of said estate, with full authority to col-
lect, demand and recover all the goods, chattels, rights,
and credits of said Horace Tarbox, deceased, wherever
the same may be found in this State, Within three
months from this date you will make and return
to this Court a true inventory under oath of the
real estate, and all the goods, chattels, rights and
credits of the deceased which shall come to your
possession or Knowledge, And you will pay the
debts allowed against the estate or such dividends
thereon as shall be allowed by the County Court
and render a just and correct account of your
Administration and do and perform all acts re-
quired of you by law.

Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory,
blessed be almighty God for the same, do make, and
publish (and declare) this, my last Will and Tes-
tament in manner and form following
That is to say, First:
