of administering my estate, and all my just debts
be paid out of my personal property, if that be insuf-
ficient, I direct that so much of my real estate as
may be necessary be sold for that purpose,
              ~ Second ~
  I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter
Mary A. Moore, the following described property
situated in the City of Grand Island, Hall County
Nebraska, to wit, Lots number seven (7) and eight
(8) owned by me all in Block Number twenty-
three (23) of Naggys Addition to the Original town
now City, of Grand island, Nebraska, to have
and to hold the same for and during her natural
life, and after her decease to the heirs of her body
to have and to hold the same forever, I also give
devise, and bequeath to my said daughter, Mary
A. Moore, a certain promisory note executed by said
Mary A. Moore and her husband, C.A. Moore to
me in the sum of about $3062.38, dated on or
about May 22 1891, including any renewal or
renewals of said Note to have and to hold the same
forever

  I give devise and bequeath to my daughter
Jennie Bridgeford, the following described Real Prop-
erty, situate in the City of Freeport, in the State of
Illinois, to wit: The double, Brick, two Story Dwelling
House, situate on Clay Street in said City, together
with the Lots or Lots or parcel of land on which
the same stands to have and to hold the same to
herself and her heirs, forever
        ~ Fourth ~
  I give devise and bequeath to my daughter
Ruth Tarbox the following described property
situate in the City of Freeport, in the State of
Illinois, to wit, The one story building and the
land on which it stands and that is appurten-
ant thereto, situate on Chicago Street in said
City, next to the Bank Building, situate on the
corner of said Chicago Street and Stevenson Street
in the said City to have and to hold the same
to herself and her heirs forever.
