                  Horace Tarbox
Tarbox the sum of Five Dollars ($5.00), to be paid to
him out of my personal property within one year
after my decease.
                 ~ Sixth ~
I give, devise and bequeath to my grand son,
James Cochran Jr the sum of five (5) dollars to be
paid to him out of my personal property, within one
year after my decease.
                 ~ Seventh ~
I give, devise and bequeath to my three daugh-
ters, Winifred O. Tarbox, Bessie Tarbox and Ruth
Tarbox, share and share alike, the following des-
cribed property real estate, situate in the City of
Freeport, in the State of Illinois, to wit The Building
or Buildings containing three store rooms and the
land on which the same is situate and that is
appurtenant thereto, situate on Chicago Street in said
City, commencing at the inter-section of said Chicago
Street with Bridge Street in said City and extending
along said Chicago Street toward Stephenson Street
in said City to the Store Building next to the Bank
Building on the Corner of said Chicago Street and
Stephenson Streets, but not including the said building
next to said Bank Building, to have and to hold
the same to themselves and to their heirs forever.
            ~ Eighth ~
  I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife
Mary D. Tarbox, the following described property,
to wit: The South half of block number four (4) in
Ingrahams Addition to the City of Gainesville,
Florida, the same being Known as the Sallie Cullens
property, also all real estate owned by me at the
time of my decease situate in the City of Freeport, Ill-
inois, except what I have hereinbefore bequeathed to
my children in Items numbered three, four and
seven hereof, but said bequest is not made to
include the forty acres of land now owned by me
situate near or adjoining the Race Course near said
City, nor my one half interest in farm owned by
James Cochran and myself, and situate about one
mile west of said City, containing 320 acres, more
or less, whether the same be included within the
corporate limits of said City of Freeport, Illinois or
not, I also give devise and bequeath to my said
