Horace Tarbox
                                                        decease
               all personal property I may own at my death not
               herein otherwise specifically bequeathed, wherever the same
               is at said time, including all notes, Mortgages, Accounts,
               Judgements, Bank Stocks or other evidences of indebtedness
               of whatever Kind and she is hereby authorized to collect
               the same without any assignment of the same to her
               this being her full power in the premises: Provided how-
               ever, that my said wife shall accept the provisions of
               this Will in lieu of any and all right she may
               have in and to my estate under the laws of Nebraska
               or under the laws of any other State where my said
               property may be situate
                         ~ Ninth ~
                I give devise and bequeath to my wife Mary D.
               Tarbox and to my children hereinafter named, to wit
               To my son Horace Tarbox, Jr and to my three daughters
               Winnifred O. Tarbox, Bessie Tarbox and Ruth Tarbox, all
               the rest, and residue and remainder of my Real-
               Estate, wherever the same may be situate not herein-
               before bequeathed, To have and to Hold the same to my
               said Wife and four (4) children and to their heirs and
               assigns forever, share and share alike

                 I hereby appoint my said wife Mary D. Tarbox
               Guardian of the person and estate of our Minor chil-
               dren and of the person and estate of each of them and
Guardianship   request the Court having jurisdiction thereof not to
               require any bond from said Guardian as such.
                        ~ Eleventh ~
                 I hereby revoke any and all former Wills by me
               made.

                 We whose names are hereto subscribed, do hereby certify
               that Horace Tarbox, the Testator, subscribed his name to
               the above and foregoing instrument in our presence and
               in the presence of each of us by directing that his name
               be written and by making his mark thereto, and that
