and Testament in our presence (all being present
at the same time who at his request and in his
presence and in the presence of each other have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses,

                 William D. Gibby, One of the
witnesses to the annexed writing, purporting to be the
Last Will and Testament of Gershon Joseph the
Testator therein named, deceased, being duly sworn
on his oath says that he saw the said Testator sign
the sand seal the said annexed writing and
heard him publish, pronounce and declare the
same as and for his last Will and Testament
   That at the time of the doing thereof the
                         disposing
said Testator was of sound^mind, memory and
understanding as far as this deponent knows
and as he verily believes: That Frederick H. Lum
the other witness thereto was present at the same
time with this deponent and together with him
subscribed his name thereto as a witness in the
presence of the Testator and of each other and at
the request of the Testator, and that said Testator died
