                        In the Probate Court
                            Alachua County Fla
To the Hon. J.C. Gardner
                County Judge of Alachua County;
Your Petitioner W.W. Hampton respectfully showeth
that Mrs. Isabella Calvett, a citizen of said state and
County, died in said County on the or about the twenty
second day of May 1883, That said Mrs. Calvett died
testate, That the within is the last Will and Testament
of the said Mrs. Calvett, That said Testatrix was
of sound mind and disposing memory & mind
and that the within will was duly executed in presence
of your petitioner, Mrs. Maisy B. Snell & B.F. Jordan
as subscribing witnesses.
     Your petitioner prays that the within will may
be admitted to probate & your petitioner will ever
pray it
     June 7th 1883          Wm. Wade Hampton

                 Upon reading & considering the foregoing
petition, It is ordered that the said will be allowed and 
admitted to probate
     Done and ordered this June 7th 1883

State of Florida}     I Isabella Calvett of Gainesville in
Alachua County  }     said state & County, being of sound
mind  memory and disposition, and wishing to dispose
of my worldly affairs do make this my last will and testa-
ment as follows: I own a note or due bill on S.Y. Finley
for the principal sum of twelve hundred dollars
drawing interest at (8) eight per cent per annum. It is
my will that one years interest of this amount be
paid or given to Francis Lavinia Snell daughter of both
H.V. Snell, and Mary B. Snell, residents of Gainesville
Florida, and one years interest of said amount be paid
to Bettie Miller daughter of F.H. Miller & his wife Martha
Miller, and one years interest be retained by the said S.Y.
Finley as a bequest to him. These abovesaid accounts to these *******
