In the matter of the Probate of the }
Alledged Will of Gershon Joseph     }   Order for Probate
deceased
         Application having been made by Cecilia
Joseph for probate of the Last Will of Gershon Joseph
deceased, and Letters Testamentary thereon, and the Sur-
rogate having inquired into the Circumstances and taken
proof, and being satisfied of the genuineness of the
Will produced, the validity of its execution and compe-
tency of the testator, and the probate of said Will not
having been contested, and it appearing that the Tes-
tator died more than ten days ago: it is on this
thirty first day of July AD 1899 adjudged that the
instrument offered for probate in this matter is
the Last Will and Testament of Gershon Joseph, deced,
and the same is hereby admitted to probate, and it
is ordered that Letters testamentary thereon be issued
to Cecilia Joseph, the Executrix named in said
Will, who may qualify thereunder

Essex, do certify the annexed to be a true Copy of
the Last Will and Testament of Gershon Joseph, ****
of the County of Essex, deceased, and that Cecilia
Joseph, the Executrix therein named, proved the same
before me and is duly authorized to take upon her
self the Administration of the estate of the testator
agreeably to the said Will
