A.J. Bauknight
Will
          In the Name of God: Amen,

     I, Ainsley J. Bauknight of Alachua County,
     Florida, being of sound mind and memory do
     make this my last Will and Testament, hereby
     revoking all former Wills
     Item, First:  I have given to my wife A.A.
     Bauknight, Five hundred Dollars and the House
     and lot in the town of Micanopy, Fla known
     as the Drlee Barnett House and Lot as her interest in
     my estate, For and in consideration of the above
     she has given her written relinquishment to any
     and all interests she may have had a dower,
     Childs part or any other interest in my estate
     Item: Second I give and devise all my
     Estate, Real and personal, money and notes of
     which I may die siezed and possessed to my
     children and their heirs, That is to say to
     John H. Bauknight, James C. Bauknight Milton
     E. Bauknight, Samuel E. Bauknight or to their
     heirs and to the heirs of my daughter Fostina
     C. Lee, and to the heirs of my son Pierce S.
     Bauknight, equally, share and share alike.
         And as I have heretofore advanced to John
     H. Bauknight the sum of Fifteen hundred and
     thirty dollars and eighty cents $1530.80 And
     James C. Bauknight the sum of Nine hundred
     and and thirty eight dollars ($93800) and to
     Milton E. Bauknight the sum of Eleven Hun-
     dred dollars ($110000), and to Samuel E. Bauknight
     the sum of Nine hundred and ninety dollars ($99000)
     and to Fostina C. Lee the sum of One Thousand
     Dollars ($1,00000) and to Pierce S. Bauknight the
     sum of twelve hundred and seventeen ($1217.29)
     dollars and twenty nine cents, I do direct and it
     is my Will that in the division of the estate among
     my heirs, that the amount advanced shall be
     taken into account and the shares or portions
     shall be equalized so as each shall recieve an
     equal portion of all my estate
     Item Third
             And I do hereby nominate consti-
