constitute and appoint James C. Bauknight to be
the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament
      In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set
      my hand and seal and declared this to
      be my last Will and Testament This tenth
      day of January in the year of our Lord
      One Thousand and nine hundred (1900)

Signed, sealed, declared and published by
said Ainsley J. Bauknight as and for his
last Will and Testament in the presence of us
who at his request and in his presence and
in the presence of each other have subscribed
our names as witnesses hereto

                        Personally appeared
before me, H.G. Mason, County Judge for the County
aforesaid, J.D. Watkins the subscribing Witness
to the foregoing paper writing, who, being duly sworn
declares and says that A.J. Bauknight did in
his presence sign, seal and publish the foregoing
paper writing as and for his last Will and Tes
tament and that he, the said witness signed the
same as a subscribing witness at the special request
of the Testator and that the said testator signed the
said paper writing in the presence of Arthur B.
Chitty, F.E. Edwards, Henry M. Chitty and Affiant
who likewise signed said paper writing as subscribing
witnesses in the presence, and at the request of said
Testator and also in the presence of this affiant and
that he verily believes said paper writing to be the true
Last Will and Testament of said Testator.
