  Know all men by these presents,
That I Synthia C. Moore of the town of Sentaffey
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
widow, considering the uncertainty of this life,
and being of sound mind and memory do
make, declare and publish this my Last Will
and Testament
   First, I give and bequeath unto my only
daughter Lilly O.J. Roland in addition to the
forty one acres of land which I have previously
deeded to her - my sewing machine and feather
Bed, to have and to hold the same unto her
and her heirs forever,
   Second,  I give and bequeath unto my
only son, Augustus J. Moore the remainder of
my estate real and personal or mixed of which
I shall die siezed and possessed of or to which
I shall be entitled at the time of my death to
have and to hold the same to him and his heirs
Executors, Administrators and assigns forever
   Third   I do nominate and appoint my
brother-in-law, William H. Pratt of Sentaffey in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida, Executor
of this my last Will and Testament, and that he
be and is hereby appointed to act as Guardian
of for my son, Augustus J. Moore, until he be-
comes twenty one years old, or should be married
And I do appoint that he, Wm H. Pratt my
Executor, shall have the right to either hold
or dispose of the property of my son as he may
