deem proper, and in the best advantage of my son
and should he sell any of the property the money
received therefore must be put on interest at a rate
not less than eight per cent per annum with approved
security and to remain on interest until my son
is free as herein stipulated, and I do expressly ap-
point that my executor shall only use trust
     that
money accrues as interest on what money he puts
on interest and for house and land rent, to pay
towards educating and supporting my son for I
expressly will and desire that the principal of
which my son will be entitled to by virtue of this
Will be strictly Kept until he shall become free
           In testimony whereof, I have to this
my last Will and Testament contained on this
sheet of paper have subscribed my name and af-
fixed my seal this fourth day of march in the
year of Our Lord one thousand, eight hundred
and eighty seven,

her request and in her presence and in the

                  Personally appeared before me
H.G. Mason, County Judge for the County aforesaid
W.G. Shehee, the subscribing witness to the foregoing paper writing
who being duly sworn declares and says that Syntha C. Moore did
in his presence sign, seal & publish the foregoing paper writing as and
for her last Will and Testament, and that he the said witness signed
the same as a subscribing witness at the special request of the said
Testator, and that she signed the said paper writing in the presence of
Ben H. Hall W.G. Sheehee & Perry M. Colson who likewise signed the
said paper writing as subscribing witnesses in the presence and at the re-
quest of said Testator and also in the presence of this affiant And that
he verily believes the said paper writing to be the true last Will & Testament
