Will
I, Eleazer K. Foster being of sound mind mind,
and desire to alter my Will heretofore made do hereby
revoke all former Wills and Testaments. After the
payment of all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses, I do give and bequeath to my beloved
wife, Mary G. Foster all my property, both real
and personal, except such herein bequeathed. I
give to my son E.K. Foster Jr my gold watch, I
give to my daughter, Mary B. Foster my studs that
were my sisters, my ring I give to my daughter
Emma. My scarf pin I give to my wife, I give
to my Nephew Lewis, I desire some memento to be given
him by my wife. I leave my law books to my
Nephew, C.R. Layton, and desire my wife to give
my son E.K. Foster, a library of Medical Books, all
else of whatever description I give and bequeath
to my wife, Mary G. Foster, should she not sur-
vive me I leave it to my children surviving and
my Nephew C.R. Layton to share and share alike
If either be dead and have children the children
to take their parents part. I appoint my wife,
Executrix and do not desire any bond to be re-
quired of her. Dated this 17 day of August 1897.
