E.K. Foster
the said witness signed the same as a subscribing
witness at the special request of the said Testator, and
that said Testator signed said paper writing in the
presence of J.H. Owen, who likewise signed said
paper writing as subscribing witnesses in the presence
and at the request of said Testator, and also in the
presence of this affiant, and that he verily be-
lieves said paper writing to be the true Last Will
and Testament of said Testator.

                    The said Last Will and Testament
having been duly established by the sworn testimony of
C.J. Joseph, a subscribing and attesting witness thereto as
being the true Last Will and Testament of the said E.K. Foster,
and no objection being made to the probate thereto,: And it
appearing to the County Judge of said County by due proof
that said E.K. Foster died on the 8" day of December AD
1899. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that said
Last Will and Testament bearing date 17" day of August AD
1897, and attested by C.J. Joseph and J.H. Owen as subscribing
witnesses thereto be, and the same is hereby admitted to probate
according to law as and for the true Last Will and Testament
of said E.K. Foster, deceased and that the same with the
proof thereof be duly recorded in the Book of Wills

                   in said County this 12" day of January AD
