In, re, estate of Martha S. Norton,
deceased,
             Petition for probate of Will,
To the Hon H.G. Mason, County Judge, within and for
Alachua County, Florida, sitting and acting as Probate
Judge in and for said County.
             The Petition of Annie E. Shelton, respectfully
showeth that Martha S. Norton, a widow, departed this
life on the 26" day of March AD 1900 at and in
the City of Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida, where
she last dwelt, possessed of goods and an estate re-
maining to be administered, leaving as her only heirs
at law and next of Kin your petitioner and Lenora
G. Norton, children of said deceased, both resident
at and in Gainesville Alachua County Florida and
both being of full age and discretion, that said deceased
left a Last Will and Testament in due form of law
which is here presents, wherein your petitioner is named
as sole Executrix thereof. Wherefore your petitioner prays
that the said Will may be proved and allowed and
Letters Testamentary granted to her
       And Petitioner will ever pray &c

       In the Name of the Father and of the Son
and of the Holy Ghost, Amen! 
           I, Martha S. Norton, of Alachua
County, Florida, being of sound mind, memory
and discretion, yet mindful of the uncertainty of
human life, do make this my last Will and
Testament, I give devise and bequeath all of
my estate and property, real and personal of every
character and description whatever, of which I may
die siezed and possessed, or to which I may be en-
titled by inheritance or otherwise at the date of my
death, whether in Alachua County Florida or elsewhere
unto my two beloved daughters, Annie E. Shelton
and Lenora G. Norton, share and share alike, to be
equally enjoyed by them or their heirs and assigns
forever, And in the event of the death of one of my
said daughters before I die, then it is my Will that
