all of my said property be and it is hereby bequeathed
to the one surviving
         I nominate and appoint my daughter Annie
E. Norton as Guardian of the person and property of my
said minor child Lenora G. Norton, without Bond, with
full power and authority to do and perform such le-
gitimate act or acts as may be necessary to carry out
the purposes of said Guardianship.
         I appoint my said Daughter Annie E. Shelton
of Alachua County Florida as sole Executrix of this
my Last Will and Testament, with full power and
authority to sell and convey or Mortgage any prop-
erty of or belonging to my estate as she may deem
for the best interests thereof, and to make good and
deeds thereto without the order of intervention or inter-
ference of any Court, of Law or of Equity or of any
Judge thereof and without the giving of any bond
          I further will and direct that my said Execu-
trix do as early as possible pay off and discharge
all of my just debts which I may owe at the date
of my death
          In witness whereof I have signed and
          sealed and published and declared this in-
          strument as my last Will and Testament
          at Gainesville in Alachua County in the
          State of Florida, on this 23rd day of March

The said Martha S. Norton, at said Gainesville in Al-
achua County in the State of Florida on the said
twenty third day of March AD 1885 signed and sealed
this instrument and published and declared the same
as and for her Last Will and Testament, and we at
her request and in her presence and in the presence
of each other, have hereunto written our names as
