In the matter of the Last Will and Testament }
of A.I. Bauknight, deceased, late of Alachua }
County, Florida, }
The said Last Will and Testament hav-
ing been duly established by the sworn testimony of J.D.
Watkins a subscribing and attesting witness thereto as being the
true Last Will and Testament of the said A.I. Bauknight and
no objection being made to the Probate thereof, And it appear-
ing to the County Judge of said County by due proof that
the said A.I. Bauknight died on the 21 day of May AD
1900. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that the
said Last Will and Testament bearing date January 10" A
D 1900, and attested by J.D. Watkins, Arthur B. Chitty, F.C.
Edwards and Henry M. Chitty as subscribing witnesses thereto
be, and the same is hereby admitted to probate according
to law, as and for the true last Will and Testament of
said A.I. Bauknight, deceased and that the same
with proof thereof, be duly recorded in the Book of Wills
