In the matter of the Last Will and }
Testament of Thomas R. Kennedy     }
Deceased, Late of Alachua County   }
Florida                            }
                    The said Last Will and Testament having
been duly established by the sworn testimony of W.B. Phifer
a subscribing and attesting witness thereto as being the true
Last Will and Testament of said Thomas R. Kennedy and
no objection being made to the Probate thereof. And it
appearing to the County Judge of said County Judge of
said County by due proof that said Thomas R. Kennedy
died on the 26" day of May A.D. 1899
  It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that
the said Last Will and Testament, bearing date August
31st 1886, and attested by W.B. Phifer J.K. Zetrouer and
C.C. Powell as subscribing witnesses thereto, be and the
same is hereby admitted to probate according to law
as and for the true Last Will and Testament of said Thomas
R. Kennedy deceased, and that the same with the proof
thereof be duly recorded in the book of Wills.
