In the Name of God: Amen:
I, Matilda Endel, of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida, Widow, being of sound mind and memory, and
considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life
do therefore make, ordain, publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament: that is to say
= First =
After all my lawful debts are paid, and
discharged, I give and bequeath unto my beloved, daugh-
ter Estelle Endel, all of my household furniture, silverware
and all other personal property now in my dwelling house
at 400 East Main Street, Gainesville, Alachua County, Florida
also my interest in the shares of stock of the Central City
Building and Loan Association owned by my late husband Moses
Endel. Also all my Jewelry. Also the following Lot viz The south
half of Block three (3), Range seven (7) of the Original Sur-
vey of the City of Gainesville Also two and three quarters acres
in Lot twelve of the south half of section Thirty two, Township
Nine Range twenty, Also all the right, title and interest I
possess in the undivided Real Estate of my late husband
Moses Endel

I give and bequeath to my beloved son
Albert Endel all of my interest in the goods, proffits
and investments and benefits of the business now carried
on under the name and style of M. Endel and Son
situated om the South side of the Court House square
Gainesville, Florida, Also all moneys due to me from
any and all sources, and also to all investments made
by me of whatsoever Kind and character, Also all other
real and personal property wherever situated owned
by me at my decease, which I have not already be-
queathed to my daughter Estelle Endel.
I herein and hereby nominate, name and appoint
my son Albert Endel as sole Executor of this my last
Will and Testament, and request that he be not
required to give any bond, hereby revoking all former
Wills by me made
In witness whereof I have signed and sealed & pub-
lished and declared this instrument as my last Will
and Testament, at Gainesville in the County of
