      The said Matilda Endel, at said City of
Gainesville, in the County and State of
Florida on the 15th day of June, AD 1900 signed and
declared this same to be her last Will and Testament, and
we at her request and in her presence and in the
presence of each other, have hereunto written our
names as subscribing witnesses

                  Pesonally appeared before me
H.G. Mason, County Judge for the County aforesaid
J.F. McKinstry the subscribing witness to the foregoing
paper writing, who being duly sworn, declares and
says that Matilda Endel did in his presence, sign,
seal and publish the foregoing paper writing as and
for her last Will and Testament, and that he the
said Witness signed the same as a subscribing witness
at the special request of the said testator and that the
said testator signed said paper writing in the presence
of Miss Marie M. Spring and Susan Harris, who
likewise signed said paper writing as subscribing wit-
nesses in the presence and at the request of said Tes-
tator and also in the presence of this affiant
And that he verrily believes said paper writing to be
the true Last Will and Testament of said Testator.
