In the matter of the Last Will and Testament of }
Matilda Endel, deceased, late of said State }
and County }
(Order) The said Last Will and Testament having
been duly established by the sworn testimony of J.F. McKinstry a
subscribing witness thereto as being the true Last Will and
Testament of the said Matilda Endel, and no objection being
made to the probate thereof, And it appearing to the County
Judge of said County, by due proof, that the said Matilda
Endel died on the 16" day of June A.D. 1900.
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the
said Last Will and Testament bearing date of June 15th
A.D. 1900, and attested by J.F. McKinstry Marie M. Sprung
and Susan Harris, as subscribing witnesses thereto, be and
the same is hereby admitted to probate according to law
as and for the true Last Will and Testament of said
Matilda Endel, deceased, and that the same with the
proof thereof be duly recorded in the book of Wills.
