In the matter of the Last Will and Testament }
of Ned Edwards, deceased, late of Alachua }
County, Florida }
Order The said Last Will and Testament having
been duly established by the sworn testimony of S.C. McIvor
a subscribing and attesting witness thereto as being the
true Last Will and Testament of the said Ned Edwards,
and no objection being made to the Probate thereof, And
it appearing to the County Judge of said County, by due
proof that that the said Ned Edwards died on the 17" day
of April, AD 1901
It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the
said last Will and Testament bearing date April 2" AD
1901 and attested by S.C. McIvor, Jas A. Carolina and
Mamie Carolina, as subscribing witnesses thereto be, and
the same is hereby admitted to probate according to law
as and for the true Last Will and Testament of said Ned -
Edwards, deceased, and that the same with the proof thereof
be duly recorded in the book of Wills,
Given under my hand and seal at Gaines-
ville in said County this thirtieth day of

I, Ned Edwards of the County and State
aforesaid, being of sound mind and memory: and con-
sidering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life,
do therefore, make, ordain, publish and declare this to be
my last Will and Testament, That is to say,
Item First,- After all of my lawful debts are paid,
and discharged, I give to Sarah Ross, of the County and
State aforesaid, all of the following described property,
to wit: All that certain piece or parcel of land, sit-
uate, lying and being in Brushes Addition to the -
