Town of Gainesville, in Alachua County, and State of Florida
and described as follows: to wit beginning for the same on the
east line of Block twenty seven (27) about one hundred
and forty (140) feet south of the North east corner of said
Block, and run thence westerly six hundred sixty (660)
feet to the west line of said Block, thence southerly along
said West line sixty six feet (66), thence easterly paralel to
the North line of said Block six hundred and sixty (660
feet to the east line thereof, thence northerly along said
east line sixty six (66) feet to the place of beginning, re-
serving a strip of ground twenty (20) feet wide along
the east side of said ground for a public highway.
Item, Second:  I hereby give and bequeath also
to the said Sarah Ross, of the County and State afore-
said, all of the Real and personal property I now have,
or at my death may be possessed or siezed of
Item Third:  Likewise I do hereby make, constitute
and appoint J.M. Endel of Alachua County, of the State
of Florida, to be my Executor of this my Last Will &
Testament, and I do hereby revoke all former Wills
made by me
     In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my
name and affixed my seal the second day of April,
in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and

  The above partly written and printed instrument was
subscribed by the said Ned Edwards, in our presence
and acknowledged by him to each of us and he at the
same time, declared the above instrument so subscribed to
be his last Will and Testament, and we at his request
have signed our names, as witnesses hereto, in his presence
and in the presence of each other, and written opposite
our names our respective places of residence
