in section twenty ninth hereof. And I declare my
intent to be and the same shall control in the con-
struction of this Will, that for the whole period
allowed by law, viz, the lives of my sons and Grand
son and twenty one years afterwards the beneficial
interest in said securities, changes and reinvestments
shall be vested in my descendants per stirpes &
that should it so happen during said period that
no descendant of mine should be living to take
and enjoy the same, then, that the same shall be
held and applied as in section twenty ninth
hereof.
Section 8:  I hereby order and direct my Ex-
ecutors forthwith to transfer and deliver unto
the Farmers Loan and Trust Company, Trustee
as hereinafter provided in section twenty four -
securities amounting at their face value to the
total sum of One hundred thousand dollars to
have and to hold, Keep and possess, the same to
the said The Farmers Loan and Trust Company &
its successors in the trust forever. In trust, never-
the less, and to for and upon the following uses, trust
and purposes, that is to say, in trust to, for and
upon the same uses, trusts and purposes as are
specifically set forth in section seven of this
Will, as if the same were here exactly repeated
only substituting the name of my son George
for that of my son James and the name of
the latter for the former wherever they occur
in said section.
Section 9:  I hereby order and direct my Ex-
ecutors forthwith to transfer and deliver unto the
Farmers Loan and Trust Company, trustee as
hereinafter provided in section twenty four, securities
amounting at their face value to the total sum of
One hundred thousand dollars to have and to
hold, Keep and possess the same to the said The
Farmers Loan and Trust Company and its suc-
cessors in the trust forever, in trust nevertheless &
to, for and upon the following conditions uses
trusts and purposes, that is to say, in trust to,
for and upon the same uses, trusts and
purposes as are specifically set forth in
