law taken the oath as Executor in accordance with law
It is ordered that Letters Testamentary do issue to the same
said Homer C. Cato

In the name of God Amen I Hector Mangum of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida being of sound
mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of
this frail and transitory life, do therefore make ordain
and declare this to be my last will and testament
That is to say; First, After all my lawful debts are
paid, and discharged the residue of my estate real and
personal, I give bequeath and dispose of as follows;
to wit; to my beloved son Edward Edwards, I give and be-
queath the sum of one Dollar, To Georgia Mangum, Betsy Cl***
and John Johnson each the sum of one dollar and to my
dearly beloved wife Mary Anne Mangum, I give bequeath
and devise all the rest residue and remainder of my real
and personal estate.
Likewise I make, constitute and appoint Homer C. Cato
to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby
revoking all former Wills by me made.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed my name
and affixed my seal this the (8th)eighth day of June
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
eight-one
