Section 14:  I give and devise to my beloved son
James S. Gibbs, all those three plantations or tracts
of land, situate, lying and being in Marion County,
in said State of South Carolina, and purchased
by me from Jarrot McCall and Murchison to-
gether with all and singular the Plantation tools
utensils, mules, cattle growing crops, furniture
and other fixtures and personalty thereon and
appurtenant, to have and to hold all and sin-
gular the same to him, his heirs and assigns
in all respects upon the same term, conditions
and limitations as hereinbefore provided in sec-
tion thirteen with regard to the family homestead
as if the same were here repeated - Provided,
however, that should my son James die with-
out leaving issue living at his death, but leaving
a lawful wife surviving him, or if he should
die leaving issue and also a lawful wife
surviving him, and such issue thereafter die
before attaining the age of twenty one and
without issue living at the time of death,
then and in either of such cases I give and
devise the said lands and premises and person-
alty thereto except that Mars Bluff tract and the per-
sonalty thereto appurtenant) to the widow of
my son James if she be living when the
contingency happens)to her, her heirs and as-
signs forever, and the Mars Bluff tract I direct
shall go, with the personalty appurtenant to my
Grandson James, in all respects as hereinbefore
provided in section thirteen, with regard to the
family homestead
Section 15:  The set of diamonds left us by
Miss J.G. Elliot aged since 1660, I direct shall
be by my Executors delivered to the Farmers Loan
and Trust Company, Trustee as hereinafter pro-
vided in section twenty fourth, and its sucessors
in the trust, to be safely Kept and be delivered
as a wedding gift from my wife to the eldest
daughter of my grandson James G. Haile &
he failing to have a daughter then to his oldest
son, and should be grandson die without
leaving children or child who shall marry.
