necessary taxes, assessments and repairs to Keep the
same in decent condition as it now stands, be a
charge upon the income of my residuary estate to
be paid ratably from the three funds as provided
in section twenty three
Section 27:  Should the net annual income for the mainten
ance of my wife from securities mentioned in section fifth hereof
(excluding the proceeds from Life Insurance Policies) and all changes
and reinvestments thereof, at my time fall below the sum of
four thousand dollars, then I will and direct that the Farmers
Loan and Trust Company, Trustee as hereinafter named in
section twenty fourth and its successors in the trust, shall
out of the net annual income from the securities mentioned
in section seven, eight and nine (each trust fund con-
ributing equally) pay to the trustees named in section five
so much in any and every year in which there shall
be a deficiency, as shall be sufficient to make up such
deficiency so that the net income sum applicable
to the maintenance and support of my beloved wife
as prescribed in said section shall never be less than
four thousand dollars entirely independant of the pro-
ceeds or income thereupon of any of the Life Insurance
Companies.
Section 22: From and after the full satisfaction
and provision for the devises and legacies hereinbefore
mentioned, I give devise and bequeath as follows,
First: I give and bequeath to faithful Joanna
Lanegan the sum of two thousand five hundred,
dollars as an evidence of my gratitude, and I com-
mend her to the care of my son James,
Second: I give and bequeath to the Magnolia
Cemetery Company one thousand dollars, and the Stock in said Company
held by me, in trust nevertheless to pay and apply
the income from said thousand dollars and the
dividends from said stock, to Keep in proper repair &
condition my vault, and grounds at Magnolia
for all time,
Third: I give and bequeath to Mr. Colin Barnwell
the sum of one hundred dollars and to his wife
the sum of fifty dollars,
Fourth: I devise and bequeath to<.s> Pew No 88 in
Grace Church to my son James. I hope he will
occupy it. If he declines to do so (tho his father
