I give and bequeath the same to my grandson,
James Gibbs Haile.
Fifth: Any lands that I may be possessed of
(Florida) at this date of this Will, situate in the State of
Florida, I give and devise to my son George E.
Gibbs, to have and to hold all and singular the
same in trust for the uses and purposes and lim-
itations mentioned and declared in the marriage
settlement of my daughter Mrs. Amelia Haile,
Section 23:  All the rest, residue and remainder
of my estate, real, personal and mixed of every
nature and Kind whereof I may die possessed or
entitled, wheresoever the same may be situate, in-
cluding all legacies and devises hereinbefore given
which may by any chance lapse or not take
effect, I hereby give, devise and bequeath as
follows;
  All real estate and personal property not in
the shape of securities shall be by my Executors
as soon as practicable sold, and the proceeds thereof
together with all the securities, Stocks, bonds and
obligations held and owned by me at my death,
(and not hereinbefore specially refered to and dis-
posed of) shall be by my executors disposed transfered
and delivered to the Farmers Loan and Trust Company
Trustee as hereinafter named in section twenty fourth
and its successors in the trust, to have and hold Keep
and possess, the same, in trust, nevertheless and to
for and upon the following uses, trusts and purposes
First: One third thereof to be held subject to the uses,
purposes, trusts and limitations prescribed and set forth
in section seven of this Will in all respects as if the
whole of said section were exactly repeated, only
substituting therein mentioned, the one third of my residu-
ary estate above refered to.
Second: One third thereof to be beheld subject to
the uses and purposes, trusts and limitations prescribed
and set forth in section eight of this Will in all
respects as if the whole of said section were here set
exactly repeated, only substituting for the One hundred
