thousand dollars of securities therein mentioned, the one third
of my residuary estate last above refered to.
Third: one other third thereof to be held subject to the
uses, purposes trust and limitations prescribed and set
forth in section nine of this Will, in all respects
as if the whole of said section were here exactly repeated
only substituting for the One hundred thousand dol-
lars of securities therein mentioned the one third
of my residuary estate last above refered to, And
the said The Farmers Loan and Trust Company and
its successors in the trust, shall have, and I hereby
give and confer the same powers of sale, collection,
change, investment and reinvestment of the pro-
ceeds and securities in this section mentioned &
refered to as I have hereinbefore given and conferred with re-
gard to the securities mentioned in section five, &
seven, eight and nine
Section 24:  I hereby constitute and appoint, "The
Farmers Loan and Trust Company" of the City of
New York as Trustee to recieve, hold & Keep the securities
and property mentioned and this refered to in sections
seven, eight, nine and twenty three of this Will (and
also in section five, at the termination of the special
trust thereby created) and to carry out, execute and
perform all duties, trusts, purposes and acts in said
sections seven, eight, nine and twenty three of this 
Will, required and declared according to the terms
and tenor thereof, charging and recieving therefor
such rate of compensation as may be agreed upon
between said Farmers Loan and Trust Company and
my Executors at the time of the transfer of said 
securities and property so to be held in trust, not
to exceed in any event the customary rates as allowed
by law to trust Companies of like Character in the
State of New York for the execution and performance
of similar trusts.
Should the said Farmers Loan and Trust Company
decline to accept the trusts aforesaid, or should it
ever become necessary, from the winding up or in-
solvency of said trust Company, to change the
trustee, or if a majority of the persons named as
Executors herein, together with a majority on inter-
ests of the beneficiaries under the said trusts
