deem it highly advisable and expedient, then and
in either of said cases.  I authorize my said Executors
or a majority with the approval of a majority of
the beneficiaries as aforesaid (the legal guardians of
any minors acting for their wards) to select some
other trust Company of good and unimpeachable
standing at act as Trustee as aforesaid, and thereupon
the said Trust Company so selected shall be enti-
tled to recieve all of said securities and property &
hold the same, subject to the same trusts and en-
dowed with the same duties and powers in all
respects as hereinbefore provided with regard to the
said Farmers Loan and Trust Company.
  And the same power of change and selection
of a new Trust Company, to execute the trust hereof
shall continue as long as the trusts shall continue
and the circumstances aforementioned render it neces-
sary or advisable.
Section 25:  I sold in 1880 the two stores on
Adgers Wharf to my son George for four thousand
dollars, He has given me no bond or note for this
property, should he not pay this before my death, he
is to be charged with the said $4,00000 and interest
thereon must be added (if not paid) at the rate of
five per cent per annum from the date of the title
deed to him and the whole amount, together with
the full amount of all unpaid notes of his, given to
me for money loaned him with interest at five
percent, on each note from date, shall be charged
to him, and shall compose a part of my residuary
estate.
Section 26:  I have made my Will in a spirit
of affection and justice towards all of my children
I therefore Will and direct that any one who shall
dispute any of its provisions shall be debarred from
any participation in its benefits.
Section 27: I hereby appoint and constitute
John Haile, Louis D. DeSaussure, Henry A.M.
Smith and George W. Williams of Charleston
and R.B. Ferris of New York, Executors of this
my Last Will and Testament.
   A list of my securities are in my box, and
I Know my old friend R.B. Ferris will assist in
any way requested.
