certify that the Last Will and Testament of James S. Gibbes
deceased was this day admitted to Probate in Common form
on the oath of Albert Lengnick, one of the subscribing witnesses
to the Last Will and Testament, and that R.B. Ferris, Esq E.H.
Sparkman Esq, John Haile Esq, Henry S. Holmes Esquire
duly qualified as Executors thereunder and obtained Letters
Testamentary

We do solemnly swear that this writing contains the true last
will of the within named James S. Gibbes, deceased so far as
we know or believe, and that we will well and truly exe-
cute the same by paying first the debts and then the legacies

will make a true and perfect Inventory of all such Goods
