and testament, hereby revoking all former wills which may
heretofore ever been made by me.
   1st As my two oldest children, Viz George and Annie Beattie
children of my first husband, the said George F.K. Beattie
decd. have been fully provided for, by the will of their father
the said George F.K. Beattie decd. it is my will and desire
that the whole of my interest and share and estate devised
to me by the said will of the said George F.K. Beattie
decd. in his estate both real and personal shall go to
and shall belong to, and the same is hereby devised
and bequeathed to my last three children, Viz Harry
Lee Jarvis, Arthur F. Jarvis and Blanche Jarvis, and to my
said husband James H. Jarvis share and share alike
in equal and equitable proportions, to have and hold
the same to them, and to their heirs and assigns forever
   2nd It is my will and desire that James H. Jarvis
shall be and is hereby nominated, constituted and appointed
to be the sole Executor of this my last will & Testament
and as far as the law will permit the same, I devise
that my said executor shall carry out the provisions of
the last will of my former husband the said George F.
K. Beattie decd of which will I am the Executor.
   In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set unto this
   my Last Will and Testament set my hand and
   affixed hereunto my seal on this 27th day of
   August A D 1883.

Last Will  and Testament of Annie E. Jarvis in presence
of us, who, in her presence and at her request, and
in the presence of each other have hereunto signed our
names as subscribing witnesses hereto, the 9-10-11-12-13 & the 14th
lines of last page being erased before being signed at the
request of the Testator
