State of Florida: Alachua County. S.S.
                   In the County Court of Alachua County.
To the Honorable H.G. Mason, Judge of said Court, the Petition
of Serena H. Taylor, respectfully showeth that she is a resident
of Alachua County, State of Florida. That on the 26" day
of November, A.D. 1901 Amelia E. Taylor of Gainesville in
said Alachua County, departed this life at Tallahassee,
Fla. leaving a last Will and Testament duly signed and
attested, as your petitioner believes, which she now presents
for to your Honor probate, That said testator in said will nominated your
petitioner Serena H. Taylor, sole Executrix thereof. That said
deceased left property and effects as follows, Lands and per-
sonal property, That said deceased her surviving your pe-
titioner as her only heir at law, That your petitioner resides
a Gainesville Florida, and is willing to accept and undertake
the trust confided to her in said Will: Wherefore your Petitioner
prays that the said Will may be admitted to Probate and
Letters Testamentary thereon may be issued to your
Petitioner, after proper hearing and Proof, and all other
orders necessary may be made,
