Leon County     }
                 Know all men by these presents, that I,
Amelia E. Taylor, wife of R.F. Taylor, of Gainesville in
Alachua County, Florida, but temporarily residing at Tallahassee
in Leon County, Florida, being of sound and disposing mind
memory and discretion, but mindful of the uncertainty of
human life, do make, publish, ordain and declare this to be
my last Will and testament, hereby revoking all former
Wills heretofore made by me.
      First, I do hereby give, devise and bequeath to
my dearly loved daughter, Serena Haile Taylor, all of the
Real Estate owned by me at the time of my decease, consisting
of the Lot of lands upon which my residence is situated in
the Southwestern part of the town of Gainesville, in Alachua
County, Florida, particularly described as commencing
thirty (30) feet south of the southeast corner of the lot in said
town of Gainesville heretofore Known as the "Patterson Lot"
thence running south along the street line two hundred
and ten (210) feet, thence west three hundred and fifteen
(315) feet, Thence North two hundred and ten (210) feet, to
street line, thence east along street line three hundred
and fifteen (315) feet, to place of beginning, containing one
and one half acres more or less, also that certain five
acres of land lying near the old homestead of Thomas E.
and Serena Esther Serena Haile west of Arredonda in
Alachua County, Florida, the same being more particu-
larly, described in a deed of record in Alachua County
Florida, from Esther S. and Thomas E. Haile to me,
Also fifty acres of land situated in Pasco County Florida
particularly described in a deed there recorded from
Maria B. Taylor to me, together with all and singular
the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining. Also
all of personal property of every kind, character,
or description, that I may own at the time of my
decease, consisting of household goods, and furniture,
table and bed linen, pictures, piano, silverware, table ware
crockery and glassware Kitchen furniture, pantry fixture
and furniture, sewing Machine Library furniture and
books, Cattle and all Life Insurance Policies, on the
life of my husband R.F.. Taylor of which I am the
