Will Amelia E. Taylor
beneficiary issued by any and all Life Insurance
Companies, by whatsoever names or names they may be called
or Known. All of said property, both real and personal to
go to and belong to the said Serena Haile Taylor at my
death absolutely in fee simple, to have and to hold to
her and her heirs and assigns forever.
Second - I do hereby nominate and appoint
the said Serena Haile Taylor to be the sole Executor
of this my last Will and Testament and it is my Will
and desire that she shall not be required to give any
bond as such Executor
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed my hereto my seal on this
sixteenth day of September AD 1901

presence, who, at her request and in her presence and in the

Personally appeared before me H.G. mason,
County Judge for the County aforesaid, Rachel D. Haile of
Gainesville in said County and State, one of the subscribing
witnesses to the foregoing paper writing, who being duly sworn,
declares and says that Amelia E. Taylor did, in her presence, sign
seal and publish the foregoing paper writing as and for her Last
Will and testament. And that she the said witness signed the
same as a subscribing witness, at the special request of said test-
ator: and that the said testator sign said paper-writing in the
presence of Mary C. Budd and herself, who likewise signed said
paper writing as subscribing witness, in the presence and at the
request of said testator, and also in the presence of this affiant
and that she verily believes said paper writing to be the true
Last Will and Testament of said Testator -
