Alachua County  }   S.P. Bevill who after being duly sworn
                    deposes and says that he saw Annie E.
Jarvis sign and seal the foregoing as and for her last
Will and Testament, and that he together with R.F.
Taylor & James B. Cullen as attesting witnesses thereto,
at the request of the Testatrix, and in her presence,
and in the presence of each other
