Personally appeared before me H.G.
Mason, County Judge for the County aforesaid F.M.
Coleman and W.P. Tompkins the subscribing witnesses to
the following paper writing, who being duly sworn declare
and says that Mary E. Caldwell did in their presence
sign, seal, publish and declare the foregoing paper writing
as and for her last Will and Testament, and that
they the said witnesses signed the same at the Special
request of the said Testator and that the said Testator
signed said paper writing in the presence and W.H. Dupree
who likewise signed said paper writing, as subscribing
witnesses in the presence of and at the request of said
testator and also in the presence of these affiants, and
that they verily believe the said paper writing to be
the true Last Will and Testament of said Testator,

I, Mary E. Caldwell, Will to my daughter, Eliza J.
Richardson, after death, 40 acres of land as follows, S.W. 1/4 of
N.W. 1/4, S. 35. T. 11 S.R. 22 E. to have and to hold her life-
time at her death to go to her body heirs if any and if
no body heirs then I will it to my son James D. Caldwell
and my daughter Kizziah C. Coleman Body heirs, equally
for their proper use and benefit her
