I, Mary Caldwell, will to my son James D. Caldwell
the following 40 acres of land at my Disease, N.E. 1/4 of
SW 1/4 of sec 35 in T.S. 11, S.R. 22 E, I also will to my
son my horse, my cattle, my sugar Mill and farming
utensils, sugar boiler, carts, wagons, &c in addition to
the above, all my houshold and Kitchen furniture, also to
have the present crop now on the place.

Alachua County } By the County Judge of said County.
In the matter of the Last Will and Testament of Mary E. Caldwell, dec'd
The said Last Will and Testament having been duly established
by the sworn testimony of F.M. Coleman and W.P. Tompkins as being
the true Last Will and testament of said Mary E. Caldwell, and no
objection being made to the Probate thereof. And it appearing to the
County Judge of said County by due proof that said Mary E.Caldwell
died on the day of A.D. 1901: It is therefore ordered, adjudged
and decreed that said Last Will and Testament bearing date of
August 7" 1889 and attested by F.M. Coleman, W.P. Tompkins and
Chas Parks and W.H. Dupree as subscribing witnesses thereto, be and the
same is hereby admitted to probate according to law as and for
the true Last Will and Testament of Mary E. Caldwell, deceased,
and that the same with the proof, thereof be duly recorded in the
book of Wills. Given under my hand and seal at Gainesville
in said County this 1st day of October A.D. 1901
