Order Admitting to Probate and Record
Proof
State of Florida}
Alachua County  }  By the County Judge of said County.

In the matter of her last Will and Testament of Amelia E. Taylor, decd

  The said Last Will and Testament having been duly estab-
lished by the sworn testimony of Rachel D. Haile as being the
true last Will and Testament of the said Amelia E. Taylor, and
no objection being made to the Probate thereof. And it appearing
to the County Judge of said County by due proof that the said
Amelia E. Taylor died on the 26 day of November A.D. 1901.
  It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed that said Last
Will and Testament bearing date of 16" day of September AD 1901
and attested by Mary C. Budd and Rachel D. Haile as sub-
scribing witnesses thereto be and the same is hereby admitted
to probate according to law as and for the true Last Will
and Testament of Amelia E. Taylor, deceased, and that the
same with the proof thereof be duly recorded in the Book
of Wills.
       Given under my hand and seal at Gainesville,
(seal) County aforesaid this 5" day of December AD 1901.
