       Alachua County   }       {In the County Court of Alachua
                                {County
       To the Honorable H.G. Mason, Judge of said Court.
                     The Petition of Dora M. Wallace respectfully showeth
       that she is a resident of Alachua County, State of Florida.
       That on the 16" day of January, AD 1902 William C.
       Wallace of Gainesville in said Alachua County, departed
       this life at his home, leaving a Last Will and Testament
       duly signed and attested, as your Petitioner believes, which
       she now presents to your honor for Probate, That said Tes-
       tator in said Will nominated your Petitioner Dora M.
       Wallace, as Executrix thereof, That said deceased left property
       and effects as follows, Real Estate and personal property,
       That said deceased left him surviving a widow and three
       children, his only heirs at law, That your Petitioner
       resides in Gainesville, Fla and she is willing to accept
       and undertake the Trust confided to her in said Will.
       Wherefore your Petitioner pray that the said Will may be ad-
       mitted to Probate and Letters Testamentary thereon may
       be issued to her after proper hearing and proofs, and that
       all other orders necessary may be made.

       In the matter of the Last Will and  }
       Testament of W.C. Wallace, deceased }
                                          The said Last will and Testament
       having been duly established by the sworn testimony of E.E. Voyle a sub-
       scribing and attesting witness thereto as being the true Last Will and Testament
       of the said W.C. Wallace, and no objection being made to the Probate thereof,
       and it appearing to the County Judge of said County by due proof that the
       said W.C. Wallace died on the 16" day of January, AD 1902
         It is therefore ordered and decreed that the said Last Will and Testament
       bearing date of December 2" 1901 and attested by E.E. Voyle & John W. Tench
       as subscribing witnesses thereto, be and the same is hereby admitted to Probate
       according to law as and for the true Last Will and Testament of said W.C. Wallace
       decd, and that the same with the proof thereof be recorded in the book of Wills
            (  )        Given under my hand and seal at Gainesville in said County
