Will Know all men by these presents
That I, William C. Wallace of Gainesville in the aforesaid County
and State being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
discretion, but mindful of the uncertainty of all human life
do make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last
Will and testament, hereby revoking all former Wills that
may have heretofore been made by me
First: It is my Will and desire that my Executrix here-
inafter named shall, after my decease, pay all my just
debts in full, including the expenses of a Christian burial
Second: Having every confidence in the spirit of Justness
fairness and equity of my faithful wife Dora M. Wallace
and in the great natural love and affection that she
bears for our children Richard T. Wallace, Ellen S. Wallace
and Harney Wallace, and that she will provide them Ju-
diciously with such part or portion of my property as
they and each of them should have, accordingly as their
several and respective necessities may require, I therefore
make no devises or bequests herein for them or any
of them specifically, but leave it to the good Judgement
and discretion and sense of Justice and fairness of my
said wife Dora M. Wallace to make such provisions for
them and each of them as she shall from time to time
see best and proper
Third: It is my will and desire that after my
decease, all of my property, real and personal and mixed
wheresoever in the world the same may be located
shall go, to and belong absolutely to the said Dora M.
Wallace, to do with as she shall deem best for the best in-
terests for herself and our said children. And I do hereby
give, devise and bequeath to her the said Dora M. Wallace all
of my property, real, personal and mixed, wheresoever in
the world the same may be situated, including all of
my interests in the Drug Store, Stock of goods, accounts and
fixtures and appurtenances in anywise belonging thereto
or connected therewith, situated in the Town of Gainesville
in Alachua County, Florida with the full right to
continue the conduct and business thereof as now con-
ducted, or to change or to close out the same as she shall
deem best, to have and to hold all of said,
