property to her, the said Dora M. Wallace, and to her heirs
Executors, Administrators and assigns absolutely and forever
I do hereby nominate and appoint my said wife
Dora M. Wallace to be the sole Executrix of this my Last
Will and Testament, and it is my expressed wish that and
desire that she shall be duly qualified by Letters Testamen-
tary as such Executrix without being required as such to
give or execute any bond whatever
In testimony whereof I have hereunto to this my
Last Will and Testament contained in the foregoing
three (3) pages of writing, set my hand and affixed
my seal on this 2nd day of December AD 1901

Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said
W.C. Wallace, as and for his Last Will and Testament
in our presence who in his presence and at his request
and in the presence of each other have hereunto sub-
scribed our names as witnesses on this date above

Proof Personally appeared before me H.G.
Mason, County Judge for the County aforesaid John W. Tench
one of the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing paper writing
who, being duly sworn, declares and says that William C.
Wallace did in his presence, sign, seal and publish the fore-
going paper writing as and for his Last Will and Testament
and that he the said witness signed the same as a subscribing
witness, at the special request of the said Testator, and the said
W.C. Wallace Testator signed the said paper-writing in the presence of said
John W. Tench and E.E. Voyle who likewise signed said
paper writing as subscribing witnesses in the presence and at
the request of said Testator and also in the presence of this
affiant, and that he verily believes said paper writing to
be the true Last Will and Testament of said Testator.
