State of Wisconsin, Dane County Court,
The State of Wisconsin, to all to whom these Presents shall or may
concern and especially to William F. Fish of the City of
Madison = in said County = Greeting
Know Ye, that Whereas John W. Hudson
of the City of Madison, County of Dane, State of Wisconsin
lately died testate being at the time of his decease an inhab-
itant of said County of Dane, by reason whereof the proving
and admitting to Probate his Last Will and Testament and
granting Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration
concerning his estate and the settlement thereof, is within
the Jurisdiction of said County Court of said County of
Dane,
And, Whereas: it hath become necessary to commit to
some suitable person the estate of the said John W. Hudson
and William F. Fish of the City of Madison County of
Dane, State of Wisconsin having been appointed Admin-
istrator of said Estate by the said Court and he having given
bond as required by law for the faithful performance of such
trust, which said Bond has been duly approved by said
Court, We therefore, reposing full confidence in your integrity
and ability, have granted, and do by these presents grant
unto you the said William T. Fish the Administration of all
of the estate of said John W. Hudson, deceased, And on you
the said William T. Fish are conferred all the powers, and
imposed all the Trusts of Administrator of said Estate as
provided by law in such cases.
In Testimony whereof, We have caused the seal of our
