following that is to say;
First; I give and bequeath to Lafetta M., wife of Nelson
M. Chapman the sum of five Dollars.
Second; I give and bequeath to Henry M. Furman the
sum of five Dollars
Third; I give and bequeath to James W. Furman the
sum of Five Dollars.
Fourth; I give and bequeath to Charles H. Furman the sum
of Five Dollars.
Fifth; I give and bequeath to Margart B. O'Neal a home
with my wife, free of charge, as long as she wishes to
remain in the family
Sixth; I give and bequeath to Mary E. Furman my wife
all the rest, residue and remainder, estate both real and
personal of what nature or Kind soever, and I hereby
appoint my wife Mary E. Furman, sole Executrix of this my
last will and testament, with full power to execute
according to the above provisions stated without bond or sureties
