Royal Kimball
Will
I, Royal Kimball, of the City of New London, in the State of
Connecticut, being of sound and disposing mind and memory
and desiring to make a disposition of my property, to take
effect after upon my death, do hereby make, ordain and publish
this as and for my last Will and testament, revoking and
annulling all Wills by me heretofore made and declaring
this and this only to be now my Will.
Subject to the payment of my debts and funeral expenses
and the charges of settling my estate I give, devise and bequeath
all my property, both real and personal of whatever Kind
which I die siezed and possessed, of whatever sort and where-
soever the same may be situated, to my beloved wife,
Cynthia M. Kimball, the same to be hers absolutely and
at her own disposal, to be her, her heirs and assigns forever,
I make, constitute and appoint my said, wife Cynthia
M. Kimball the sole Executrix of this my Will, and direct
that no bonds be required of her for the faithful discharge
of her duties as such Executrix
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and seal at said New London, this 22" day of October AD 1885

Kimball, as and for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us the
undersigned, who, in his presence and at his request and in the presence
of one another, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereto,
at said New London, this 22nd day of October, AD 1885
