To the Honorable H.G. Mason, Judge of said Court,
The petition of Catharine Ellen Morrison, Respectfully showeth
that she is a resident of Alachua County State of Florida, that
on the _ _ day of _ _ 1902 Wm D. Morrison of Melrose in said
Alachua County departed this life at his, home, leaving a
Last Will and Testament, duly signed and attested as your
petitioner believes which she now presents to your Honor
for Probate. That said deceased left property and effects as
follows, Real Estate and personal property, That said
deceased left him surviving a widow and one daughter
his only heirs at law, That your petitioner resides at
Melrose in said County, Wherefore petitioner prays that
the said Will may be admitted to Probate, after proper
hearing and proof, and that all other orders necessary
may be made Catharine Ellen Morrison

Catharine Ellen Morrison being duly
sworn says that the foregoing Petition by her subscribed
is true.

The said Last Will and Testament having been duly established by the
sworn testimony of A.H. Waters a subscribing and attesting witness
thereto as being the true Last Will and Testament of the said W.D.
Morrison, and no objection being made to the Probate thereof: and
it appearing to y the County Judge of said County that said
W.D. Morrison died on the _ _ day of _ _ 1902. It is therefore
ordered, adjudged and decreed, that, the said Last Will and
testament, bearing date October 26" 1902 (AD) and attested by Wm
A. Julian, H.V. Noszky and A.H. Waters as subscribing witnesses
thereto be and the same is hereby admitted to Probate according
