Will In the Name of God, Amen.
I, William Dwight Morrison, of the town of Melrose,
Alachua County, Florida, being of sound mind and mem-
ory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and trans-
itory life, do therefore make, publish and declare this to be
my last Will and Testament, that is to say.
First:- After all of my lawful debts are paid and dis-
charged, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Catharine
Ellen Morrison all the furniture and other contents now
in my dwelling house, also the horse, cattle and wagon
farming tools and all other personal of whatsoever description
not heretofore mentioned
Second:- I give and bequeath to the said Catharine
Ellen Morrison, all the following lots, pieces and parcels of
land, to wit
1." The lot described in a certain Deed Book recorded at
Gainesville, Fla in Deed book 48, page 443, Oct 20 1898
2" The lot described in a certain deed recorded at Gainesville
Fla in Deed Book 48, page 445, Oct 20 1898,
3" The lot described in a certain deed recorded in Gaines-
ville Fla in Deed Book 55, page 532, July 26 1902
4" The lot described in a certain deed recorded in Gainesville
Fla, in Deed Book 48 at page 444 Oct 20 1898,
Third - To my wife Catharine Ellen Morison, I give
and bequeath (the) one half interest in the contents of
the Store, now conducted in my name in the so-
called "Masonic Building" in the Town of Melrose
Fourth - I give and bequeath to my daughter,
Hattie J. Morrison, the other half of the contents of
the Store now conducted in my name in the socalled
"Masonic Building" in the town of Melrose, Alachua
Co Florida, The said bequst to be in full settlement
of all services rendered to me by my daughter, and
