for the repayment of money borrowed from the
said Hattie J. Morrison by me
  Fifth - I further direct that the said C. Ellen
Morrison and the said Hattie J. Morrison shall pay
share and share alike of all expenses incurred and
required in raising crops of whatever description
mutually agreed between them the said C. Ellen Morrison
and Hattie J. Morrison - upon all or part of the lands
mentioned in section two of this Will, & Testament
and that they, the said C. Ellen Morrison and Hattie J. Morrison
shall equally divide share and share alike, any and
all crops, or proffits arising from the sale of crops
raised on the aforesaid lands,
 Sixth - The debts and credits belonging to the business
conducted in my name as aforesaid Shall be also
equally divided between the said C. Ellen Morrison
and Hattie J. Morrison
    In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed
my name and affixed my seal the 25th day of
October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine

  The above partly written and printed instrument
was subscribed by the said William Dwight Morrison
in our presence and acknowledged by him to
each of us and he at the same time declared the
above instrument, so subscribed to be his Last Will
and Testament, and we at his request, have signed
our names as witnesses hereto in his presence
and in the presence of each other, and written
opposite our names our respective places of residence

                  Personally appeared before me H.G. Mason, County
Judge for the County aforesaid, A.H. Waters one of the subscribing witnesses to
the foregoing paper writing who being duly sworn, declares and says that W.D.
Morrison did in his presence, sign, seal and publish the foregoing paper writing
as and for his Last Will and Testament, and that he, the said witness signed the same
as a subscribing witness, at the special request of the said Testator and that the
said Testator signed the said paper writing in the presence of Wm A. Julian
