signed the same as subscribing witnesses in the presence
of the Testator, and in the presence of each other

the widow of said Deceased, who has been nominated in
said will as Executrix

   Your Petitioner respectfully showeth unto your honor that
Mrs. Charlotte E.F. Dumas departed this life on the day of
October 1883, having while she lived and at the time of her
death, goods chattels rights & credits in said State and
County.
   Your Petitioner further showeth that said Deceased
made a last Will and Testament nominating and appointing
your Petitioner sole Executor of the same
   Your Petitioner would therefore pray your Honor to probate
said Will,-which is herewith presented, and that Letters
Testamentary do issue to him, and your Petitioner will ever
pray it
