            To the Hon H.G. Mason Judge
of said the petition of Saml H. Winges
respectfully showeth that he is a resident of
Alachua County, State of Florida, that on the 19th of
October AD 1902, Thomas Mayne of Gainesville
in said Alachua, County departed this life
      leaving a last Will, and Testament,
duly signed, and attested, as your petitioner
believes, which he now presents to your honor
to probate. That said Testator in said will
nominated your petitioner S.H. Winges Executor
there of. That said deceased left property, and
effects as follows Real and Personal Property.
 That said deceased left him surviving -
        his only heir at, That your
Petitioner resides at Gainesville Florida, and
he is willing to accept, and undertake
the trust Confided to him in said Will
wherefore you petitioner prays that the
said will may be admitted to probate, and
the Letters Testamentary thereof may be
issued to him, after proper hearing, and
proof thereof may be issued to him after
proper hearing, and proof, and that all other
orders necessary be made.
